Helping small and medium businesses automate and grow since 2015 — without the outrageous costs and complications.
I started SERTBO in 2015 out of a simple frustration. I kept watching small business owners — good ones — pay big-agency prices for a pile of tools and marketing that didn't talk to each other. A chat widget here, a texting service there, an email platform, a review manager, and a monthly invoice that never quite explained itself.
None of it was built around how they actually ran their business. So they bent their business around the software instead. That always felt backwards to me.
SERTBO exists to flip that. We put automation, digital marketing and websites in reach of small and medium businesses — one app, one team, and prices you understand — without the big-agency costs and complications.
And because we're local, this part is real: our clients text me directly. Not a ticket queue, not a "success team." Me. That's how I want to be treated as a customer, so that's how SERTBO treats you.
Four things we hold ourselves to on every account, every month.
When you reach out, you talk to a person who knows your account — no ticket queues, no starting over with a stranger.
We only ship work we'd put our own name on. If it's not right yet, it doesn't go live yet.
AI and automation applied where they actually save you time — not because it's the buzzword of the month.
Transparent pricing and honest recommendations — including "you don't need this yet" when that's the truth.
Nothing fancy here — just the things owners tell us they were missing before.
SERTBO is the business automation brand of Your Service Zone, LLC — family-owned and run by Andrew and Kelly. We've been doing this since 2015 — long enough to have seen the tools change a dozen times, and to know that what doesn't change is a business owner wanting the phone to ring, the follow-up to happen, and the bill to make sense.
That's the job. We're glad to do it.
The free audit shows you exactly what's slipping through the cracks — it's yours to keep either way.
